Good Morning world!
Just woke up from a really refreshing + sweet sleep! :D Today's gonna be an awesome day, I know it.
Yesterday's dinner with Rachie and Julian was great. :) Ashie was able to come along too cuz his course ended early! Went to Xin Wang Taiwan Cafe at City Link where I tried their Crispy Honey Chicken Rice and Ashie had their Sesame Oil Chicken Mee Sua. Both were really yummy. Rachie had the same as Ashie and Julian got a bowl of Mei Cai Kou Rou Fan. Haha, I don't know how to say that in English. I wanted to get the Lu Rou Fan that I usually have when I visit Xin Wang but Ashie told me to try something new and I'm glad I did! :D I loveee Taiwan Cafe. SO MUCH MORE THAN HK CAFE which surprisingly happens to be Ashie's Fav. Opposites attract huh. To think I'll be going to HK in a week's time too! HAHA. I'm sure the local fare will be much better than the commercialized cafe food though. So, I'll definitely enjoy myself.
After dinner, Ashie left cuz he didn't wanna stay out too late in his uniform. The rest of us went to Marina Square cuz we wanted to have Mudpie at Manhattan's Fish Market. When we got there, the queue was just TOO long so we decided to skip that and walked around instead. I BOUGHT LOVELY SHOES! FROM BATA! Hahaha. You see, we were discussing what kind of footwear we were gonna use for HK and I realized I didn't have any proper shoes!!! I mean, I could wear pumps. I'd probably bring along some fancy shoes but I still needed a pair of good walking shoes. Went to many different places to check out the various designs and prices. Finally settled for Bata because of its reasonable price and pretty design! Really happy with my grey sneakers. Can't wait to strut 'em down the streets of HK. HAHAHA.
Gotta go now, duty calls. Or rather, NATURE CALLS.
Toodles!
